We encourage co-working and there’s no shortage of break-out areas for bouncing ideas off each other and triggering that invaluable informal brainstorm. We can have it all ready-made, or if you have something specific in mind, work with our friendly team to create a bespoke space – so you can hit the ground running.
The spaces to rent at Eskmills are spread across several buildings. No two spaces are the same, which is what makes Eskmills unique. And as we are constantly upgrading and creating new spaces it pays to stay connected and share your space requirements as there's a good chance we'll be able to accommodate you.

Below outlines a few example spaces available.
LARGE SPACE
We think of big offices as anything over 2,000 sq ft – starting at around 20 people. Our current biggest tenant occupies 11,500 sq ft but we can go bigger with options to create space for a single occupier up to around 20,000 sq ft.
MEDIUM SPACE
Spaces of 1,000 to 2,000 sq ft – suitable for about 10-20 people. These suit companies growing organically within Eskmills as a next step, or established companies looking to locate here.
SMALL SPACE
Our smallest office space starts off from just 120 sq ft – a private space for one person. We have a real mix of individuals and companies in these spaces, from those just starting out to established companies and charities.
