IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE ON-SITE?

There is an abundance of free parking spaces available on-site. 

WHO CAN I SPEAK TO IF I HAVE AN ISSUE?

The first port of call would be to contact our Head of Community, Lorna Murray,
via email: lorna.murray@eskmills.com or call 0131 285 5570. 

CAN I ACCESS MY OFFICE AT ANY TIME DURING THE DAY OR NIGHT?

Yes. We operate a 24/7 secure entry system.

WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY MAIL?

You can collect mail from the front reception desk.

IS THERE A SECURITY PRESENCE ON-SITE?

Yes. There are CCTV cameras across the campus, with regular security guard patrols.

ARE YOUR OFFICES ENERGY EFFICIENT?

Yes. We have an average Energy Performance Certificate [EPC] rating of A across our offices.

DO I NEED TO MANAGE THE UTILITIES FOR MY OFFICE?

For many of our offices we administer your electricity and gas utilities billing for you. In some cases, offices have their own utility meters in which case you would administer that directly with a utility provider of your choice. Property drainage and business rates are always dealt with directly by tenants with the supplier.

CAN OFFICES BE UPGRADED?

Of course! Just let us know what you need, and we will help to make it happen. We have experience of what works, an interior designer on the team and regular trades companies which can be project managed on your behalf to create truly bespoke and highly productive spaces for your team.

IF SOMETHING IN THE OFFICE NEEDS REPAIRED, CAN YOU ARRANGE THIS?

Yes. Contact reception and we will either arrange a quote for you or we will recommend you who to speak to, either way we will do everything we can to get it sorted swiftly.
